30-Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the items received within 30 days of receipt .

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item has not been used, damaged, or altered.

  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories are present.

  • The return request was submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods.

  • The item does not belong to products that are excluded from return for hygienic or legal reasons.

After review and approval of your return, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Legal Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

Order Cancellation

Since our orders are automatically processed immediately after purchase, cancellation is usually no longer possible once processing has begun.

Please note:

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • A refund can only be made after receipt and successful return of the goods.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.

Important Shipping Information

Some of our products are shipped directly by international logistics partners. This can lead to longer delivery times in individual cases, over which we have no direct influence.

Once an order is in transit, the shipping process cannot be stopped. If the goods have already been shipped, we ask you to first accept the delivery and then return it in accordance with our return policy.
